The doctor explains things very carefully during the consultation. They had me close and open my eyes several times to match the line. It does not feel like they push anything too hard. The consultation with the coordinator is done after seeing the doctor, and it is mostly just an explanation of the cost. Sometimes coordinators explain things like a doctor, but that was not the case here, so it felt comfortable. Before even meeting the doctor, if the coordinator speaks too strongly, it feels uncomfortable. That was not the case here, and the doctor was calm and kind, so I was glad. I also liked that they honestly explained the parts where side effects could happen.
