I had a consultation for revision (medial epicanthoplasty). They told me not to do it with my eyes as they are now, so honestly I hesitated a bit I think it is because my double eyelids are quite large. Maybe it suits the eyes I already have with the epicanthoplasty?.. I think the change in impression would be too big, so I am going to look into other hospitals as well.
