First of all, the hospital atmosphere is clean and the staff are kind, so my first impression was a pass. The doctor’s consultation was more detailed than I expected. After looking at the photos I brought, he matched them with my nose and clearly said, “This line can be achieved, but the limit for the bridge height is about this much,” which actually made me trust him more. He pointed out only the necessary surgery without any over-treatment. For the silicone bridge, he recommended autologous costal cartilage for the tip, and once he explained why that material was needed while looking at my CT data, I understood immediately.
