The director seems to operate in a very standard, by-the-book way. Also, they seem very quiet, but if you listen to each word, they have a sharp, cutting style. Since it was a contracted case, they said the removal had to come first and told me I would recover in just a day or two, but the consultation manager who came in afterward said it would take up to two weeks, so I was like, huh? I probably won't get the surgery. I came for a consultation because they are famous for revision surgery, but the aesthetic sense is too excessive and flashy, so I think naturalness...
