The doctor keeps changing, and some are extremely kind while some are just average. They are not unfriendly, though. The staff at the counter are also kind. The manager's consultation included a slight push for extra procedures. I was recommended chin botox, but I really wondered if I even needed it, so I just said I'd do it next time and didn't get it haha I didn't even know I had a square chin, and I didn't know my face was asymmetric either, but I found out thanks to the consultation manager ^^ I'm not sure whether the fat-dissolving injection worked or not, since I got it as a non-steroid shot. People around me say I lost weight and my face got smaller, but I don't know whether that's because I actually lost weight or because of the injection.
