Both the manager and the doctor were kind, but not overly so. The consultation was very short and formulaic. I think they understood what I wanted, but I wish they had explained my nose in more detail. I got the feeling they were not that attentive to me. That said, they were not pushy about selling me anything. They only sent the quote when I asked by phone, and even then their reply was very slow.
