My nose problem was also functionally serious, but they looked at it really carefully and spent a very long time in consultation. They tried hard to find the cause, so at least I felt comforted emotionally, and they seem to do a lot of high-difficulty nose surgeries. They could also take a CT scan, so it was a good consultation.
