This was the first place I went to consult while looking into revision nose surgery. The manager was kind, and I was fairly satisfied with the consultation with the director as well. The consultation wasn’t very long, but I kept asking questions because I still had some concerns, and they answered everything well. It seemed like they really understood the problem areas I wanted to address and the direction I wanted to improve. So I felt a bit relieved after the consultation, and I think I gained some confidence about the revision surgery itself. The director is an otolaryngology specialist, so I’m still not sure whether it would be better to have surgery with a plastic surgeon, but there was no push to book right away, which I liked. I have rhinitis, and they said that if I do the functional procedure together, that part would be covered by insurance.
