My breasts ended up completely asymmetrical on both sides.... I have photos I took for record-keeping right after surgery, on day 2, day 3, and one week later, and it started with only a slight asymmetry in the inframammary fold, but it gradually got worse, and now it's not even slight anymore, it's obviously lopsided at a glance... hehe. Still, the director said they would take responsibility until the end and offered a free revision, but having to endure that hard general anesthesia again...
