The doctor felt a bit cool and distant, but seemed professional and explained everything in as much detail and as carefully as possible. More than anything, he seemed to have a strong perfectionist streak, and one thing that stuck in my mind from the consultation was him saying that if you're taking vitamins, omega-3, or other supplements related to blood vessels, the surgery date has to be pushed back by two weeks. He said that's safer. In other hospitals they don't pay much attention to that
