Factory-style dermatology clinic. The counseling manager gave me a rough consultation. They were polite, though. I can't tell whether I was treated by a doctor or a nurse. The Pico toning and freckles did fade, but severe adult acne broke out. I only went through the fourth session and got a refund for the rest.
