I had surgery here 3 years ago to raise only the tip of my nose without an implant. My nose was the kind that was basically hopeless, so after the surgery it got a lot better. But maybe because they used a lot of septal cartilage, my nose became crooked. So now I'm looking into revision surgery. Still, the director had a long surgical career, and it wasn't like the surgery turned out terribly or anything. They made it really natural, so nobody even knows I had nose surgery
