They simulated it with a professional program, and I wanted a slightly droopy uu shape, but it seems they gave me the maximum possible result from surgery. I also had axillary breast removal done at the same time, and because there is a breast surgery department there too, it gave me confidence that it was safe and thorough. Some of the axillary breast removal costs could be claimed through private insurance.
