I went for a consultation because my big nose and wide-looking bulbous tip were stressful. Even though it was a private clinic, the building was bigger than I expected, and they used a whole large building, so it felt comfortable. It was also quiet, not a complicated or noisy atmosphere like a big hospital, which I liked. The doctor looked at my nose and immediately checked whether my skin was thick or whether the structure was what was making it spread out, and explained that there are many causes of a bulbous tip. In my case, he explained that the tip cartilage was spread apart, so it was a case of a bulbous tip caused by that, and explained the surgical direction. He said it needed to be corrected by combining cartilage binding and nostril reduction, and especially seemed serious about making the nostril reduction scar not visible, which made me feel especially relieved. I liked that there was no excessive sales push, and overall it was a satisfying consultation.
