Functional nose = success (not even 1 year yet) Cosmetic nose = ruined They couldn't suture properly, so the level difference is severe, and they cut through the middle of the columella, leaving a scar that shows easily. The tip using cartilage keeps drooping. I came to a hospital for both functional and cosmetic reasons, but the cosmetic result was ruined, so now I'm going around looking into revision surgery at another hospital.
