My long nose was a complex of mine, so I decided to get revision surgery. Looking at the photos, the asymmetry is quite severe too. I first consulted with the consultation manager, and she was extremely kind and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand! The director had previously had a procedure/surgery? so I had to wait quite a while before I could consult. When I spoke with the director, they immediately pinpointed my complex, which was reassuring. They said it was difficult because the asymmetry was severe, and they explained the solutions one by one while looking at each problem. I wanted the silicone removed entirely, but they said if it was removed there could be a hollowing issue, so they would need to open it and judge then, and that osteotomy would also be a good idea. And if they open it and find that the septum has been damaged, they would need to rebuild it, and they might use donor rib cartilage/autologous costal cartilage, which would add a very expensive extra chargeㅠㅠ Overall it was a satisfying consultation, and they told me to ask anything I was curious about. My biggest worry is that all the noses in the blog reviews have a similar sharp shape, but I want a natural, rounded nose, so I feel like the style the director pursues doesn't match mine, and I'm worried whether my opinion will really be reflected? So my expectations have dropped a little..
