The hospital facility is very clean and well organized. I was able to see the director right away without waiting, had a brief chat, and almost immediately went into a consultation with the surgeon. The surgeon also explained things kindly and clearly. The line seems like it would be shaped nicely, but the epicanthoplasty felt a bit too much for me, so I had been deliberating about it. The manager explained everything kindly without pushing reservations, neatly organizing only the necessary details, and this was the only hospital that explained whether CCTV footage was available in full detail... However, I put down a deposit and then asked for a refund, and the refund process is taking waaaaay too long. It has been over two weeks, but the card cancellation has not even been filed yet.
