For the price, I didn't really feel any professionalism and it seemed like they were annoyed. Usually people who are well-known are kind, but here the level of kindness felt low, and when they talked about the procedure results they spoke vaguely, like, if you're going to do it then just do it. The consultation manager didn't pass along the details from the previous consultation when I met the doctor, so I had to explain everything again, and if that was the case, it would have been better to consult directly with the doctor from the start and get the procedure done
