The doctor and the staff were all unfriendly.. They didn’t explain things like the surgery process properly. I wasn’t told that if it felt painful I had to say so, and during the surgery, maybe the anesthesia was wearing off, because it gradually started to hurt. At first I thought, is this level of pain normal? but it kept getting worse and I started losing strength. The doctor didn’t properly check my condition and just yelled at me not to move. I was tied up hand and foot and was so scared I cried.. Then they gave anesthesia again. They also didn’t explain the aftercare and sent me home right away. When I called, they said the paper is normally given out, but they must have forgotten to give it to me. It feels sloppy. I chose this place only because of the pretty aesthetic, but everything else is disappointing.. If I had known, I think I would have gone to another hospital. I’m just praying that at least the result comes out pretty.....
