I chose a place famous for primary rhinoplasty where there was a director who also does functional rhinoplasty, but I should have gone with the chief director.. I thought I only needed to shave down my dorsal hump, but they said they had to add silicone so the hump would not grow back;; During every consultation, they made me seem like a stubborn patient, and it was really awful. In the end I gave in and followed the director's advice, but I ended up with a big, long nose.. I am now looking into removal T_T You have to be careful with your nose, but septal
