They do answer questions well, but they are somewhat forceful and act like you should just do what they say. I went for a consultation, but I was made to feel ignored and like I was being challenged. Still, I liked that they adjusted the line several times and gave me enough consultation time. The director has a firm vision, so you can get a clear answer about the direction of the surgery.
