There was not an extremely heavy push for a deposit. I had often seen [Clinic A] mentioned, so I was curious and went. What I really remember is that the facilities were so, so nice that at first I thought the first floor was a café and kept walking around because I thought it was not a plastic-surgery clinic. I had not gone looking for a specific director, so they listened to my story appropriately and guided me to a recommended director. I felt the coordinator was soft-spoken and kind, and the explanation with the director was understandable and good.
