I had it done three years ago, and the consultation manager at the time was really... unfriendly. They did not seem to have professional knowledge either, were focused on payment, and were unfriendly. The staff were unfriendly too... When I came out after surgery groggy from the medication, they kept yelling that I could not sleep, lol;; But the director was at least calm and matter-of-fact, only saying what needed to be said, and even offered retouching first. Looking only at my nose, it is really pretty, but it does not quite suit my face, so revision
