I had natural-adhesion double-eyelid surgery and ptosis correction. The surgeon was a woman and it was a one-doctor clinic, so I thought she would be meticulous and had the surgery. I wanted an in-line crease, or a thin in-out crease if that was not possible. It came out almost in-line, which was great. I expected less swelling because I did not have canthoplasty, but it lasted longer than expected. Bruising lasts three weeks. I think this varies by person.
