Both the consultation manager and the director gave me plenty of time for consultations. At first, they casually started a conversation and seemed to observe things like my facial movements and asymmetry. I liked that they made me feel comfortable enough to ask anything I was curious about. They also spoke confidently when predicting the surgical outcome, which inspired trust. The consultation manager, staff, and director were all kind. This clinic's strength is simply its comforting atmosphere.
