My under-eye area protruded, making me look really hollow and tired, so it had always been a concern. Even with thick concealer, I couldn't hide the protrusion, and it was subtly stressful every time I looked in the mirror. I wasn't even tired, but people constantly asking whether I was tired annoyed me, so I finally got under-eye fat repositioning.
