First, I had a brief consultation with the consultation manager and then met the director. I had prepared several questions, but as the questions increased, I felt like they did not want to answer them. I did ask many questions about side effects, but the answer to every question was, “Theoretically, that can happen. It is hard to say it cannot happen.”.. Also, they kept examining the surgical area, so it felt like they were saying they could not take responsibility for tiny differences they discovered..? That made it hard for me to trust them. Still, the consultation manager was very kind, and the director was only a little different from what I had seen on YouTube—not bad.
