As I had heard, the director listened very calmly and explained what should be done, so even though it was my first consultation, I got swayed and ended up having surgery right there. It somehow does not have an extremely friendly vibe, but it is not unfriendly either lol. I am the type who is fine as long as they make my nose well, so that was okay. Since I am satisfied with the surgery result, I can put up with everything. As everyone said, the aftercare is disappointing, and the director is also too busy
