I had it done 10 years ago, so I don't know who operated on me, and it was a revision, but it ended up lower than my original nose lolololol. They did an osteotomy, right? So did they remove all my bone and raise it on top? Anyway, it's a mystery. I don't want to go through a second revision, so I'm just living with it, but with noses you really need to do your research. Back then I didn't do any legwork and just went because a friend introduced me, and that's what I regret most. I should have compared whether it was the right clinic for me... Anyway, I live without looking like I've had surgery
