If I had to choose between kind and unkind, the doctor was closer to unkind. The manager was kind, but the doctor’s consultation was short and the manager’s consultation was long, so it felt like I was wasting time talking to a non-expert. I waited much longer than my appointment time, and there were even two groups of foreigners.
