After comparing several hospitals, I decided to get it done here. My style is 80% natural and 20% glamorous, and the director's preferred style seems to be the natural side, so I chose it because I thought it would suit me well. They also recommended alar reduction, but I put that on hold and only went ahead with the basic rhinoplasty. I used silicone for the bridge and donor rib cartilage for the tip. I was worried because the swelling went down slowly and scar tissue formed, but I was satisfied because they kept up with post-op care using scar tissue injections.
