I went straight to the coordinator consultation without seeing the director. They said you have to sign up for a membership to be able to get treated by the head director, so I tried one session first and decided to see whether it worked before getting more. I can't tell whether my pores have gotten smaller, but my makeup goes on better and my skin looks firmer. The coordinator tends to push recommendations a bit... and every time I go, the practitioner who performs the procedure keeps changing lollllll. There is effect, but it's kind of a lottery. If it keeps being like this, I think I'll hesitate. Still, there is a procedure effect, so I'm satisfied. The friend who introduced me says she still can't tell whether it works.
