The consultation goes in the order of consultation manager > director (doctor) > consultation manager. Because the detailed points about rhinoplasty are mostly handled with the consultation manager, I worry whether what I want will be properly communicated to the surgeon. The atmosphere makes it hard to ask about the actual shape or design of the nose. It seems like the only time to talk with the surgeon about the nose shape is the morning of the surgery when they do the design. The staff are kind.
