I remember them being very kind. I went there for hair removal and got a treatment consultation while I was at it. But there was no pressure. They touched my chin and said there were no muscles, so I probably did not need it. I went for hair removal, and the female staff explained the principle..? I thought it was amazing that I went there just for one hair-removal treatment and they explained things to me like that. They said something about a 10th anniversary, and I am in the middle of looking into treatments, so I am writing this because I need to. Since I have not tried other treatments, I do not know
