Maybe because the director is the only doctor there, the coordinator did most of the explanation during the consultation, and the director only came in briefly for about 1-2 minutes to say a few things before leaving quickly. It didn’t feel like they explained things in detail; it felt more like they looked at it, said only the necessary things, and that was it. For my eyes, they said there wouldn’t be much effect on the under-eye area alone and that fat grafting would need to be done together. On the other hand, with how busy they seem, I wonder whether they are actually trustworthy.
