I went there because it's famous for non-incisional surgery, and the first thing I felt as soon as I walked in was that even the staff at the desk were kind... First I had a consultation with the manager, then with the director. The manager spent a long time with me, about 30 minutes? The director explained that they would reflect what I wanted as much as possible, and I didn't feel like they were pushing unnecessary treatments. Other than the wait being a little long, I liked how kind they were and how well they explained things.
