The director was extremely confident. He pointed out the problems with my nose well and explained my issues one by one. But somehow it felt like everything he said was the only correct answer?... That kind of feeling. It’s not like he said anything wrong, but I have to say it felt a little off-putting. And I don’t know about the manager, but the staff member’s tone was not great. It felt like, ‘Do this. Sit over there.’?.. I think they would make it look good
