I had surgery three years ago and ended up with a saddle nose The shape from when they shaved the nasal bone is still visible... I had functional revision surgery at a university hospital. They asked which hospital had done it. I went to a local ENT clinic for rhinitis, and the doctor wrote me a referral letter saying it would be better to have surgery at a large hospital The bridge of my nose is sunken in the middle, so the shadow visible from the front stresses me out a lot.
