From the side, the hump on my nose stood out, and the columella below the nose was also long, so overall my nose felt big. The nostrils were slightly different left to right too, so even from the front there was some asymmetry. I only wanted a cosmetic procedure, but during the consultation they checked the inside of my nose too and said one side was a bit narrowed, so it would be good to address the function as well. While smoothing the hump, they also said they would shorten the columella and reduce the nostril width.
