I had revision surgery on the bridge and the cartilage at the tip of my nose. The reason was the bridge bending and an abnormal tip. During the first surgery, the bridge bent because of overcorrection, but they just kept repeating that it was only swelling and that this was how it was supposed to be.. Even after several months, it was still bent, so I had revision surgery. The cartilage at the tip was weak, so I also had autologous costal cartilage harvested. I went because they were known for closed rhinoplasty and revision cases, but it all seems to be old news now.
