I was worried about my parotid area under the ears and the tip of my jaw always feeling swollen, as well as my angular face shape, so I got salivary gland (parotid) Botox and square jaw Botox together. There was a feeling of stiffness during the procedure, but the pain did not last long. About a month later, the square jaw Botox made chewing tough foods take less effort, and my side line became slimmer. The salivary gland Botox reduced the bulge that had been felt under the ears, and the boundary line from the jaw to the neck became much cleaner. Doing both procedures together reduced the volume at the back of the face, so I felt that the overall lower face volume was reduced. There was some dry mouth when eating, and at first my chewing strength was temporarily weaker, but it improved naturally over time. If someone has both enlarged jaw muscles and enlarged salivary glands, making the face look big, I think this combination is quite effective for refining the line.
