Three years ago I had non-open rhinoplasty with silicone at another hospital, but it looked so unnatural and gradually turned into a pinched nose, so I got revision surgery at VN.At first, I was just going to remove the silicone and be done with it, but the director said that if only the silicone were removed, a step-off could occur.So while removing the existing silicone, I had an implant-free correction again for the pinched nose + bulbous nose, and used cartilage particles to even out the step-off during surgery.Other hospitals said non-open surgery would be difficult, and without even explaining methods like cartilage particles, they told me to put silicone back in, or at least dermis, so I was worried.But I'm so glad I worked hard visiting many places, because I think I found the hospital that suited me. My nose really turned out so naturally and so well.I saw that the first-surgery reviews here were good too, so I even feel a little regretful, thinking I should have gotten it done here from the start..Please don't rush into surgery and then remove it like I did; make sure to look into it carefully before getting surgery
