Just a perfect factory-style clinic. Not kind, but not rude either...? At the first consultation, I had to wait more than an hour, so I was a bit annoyed.. lol. But fortunately, from the next appointment onward, there was almost no waiting when I went for hair removal treatments, so that part was fine. The doctor only says exactly what is needed, and the staff are not especially warm, but there were no problems in terms of work. The facility is fairly clean, and making appointments
