I'm writing this 3 to 4 years later. Protruding ears were a huge complex for me, and both the nurse here and the nurse herself said she had also gotten the surgery from the doctor here, so I went ahead with it too. But although my ears were originally protruding and were also different sizes, they didn't make them symmetrical and only reduced them while keeping them uneven. If other people do it, please make sure to ask them to match the symmetry too. And when I touched it, one side felt like the cartilage had been cut unevenly, not smooth. Even after several years, one side is still a bit bumpy
