I went on impulse because I didn't like the nose I had surgery on before, but the hospital facilities were fine, and the director's kindness and professionalism were also good. They explained everything about which parts I didn't like and how surgery could improve it, and I had a lot of questions, so I asked about everything, and they explained all of it.
