It's been about 7 years since I had breast surgery through the armpit, and as time passed the cleavage looked too wide apart, and there was also animation when moving, so I kept worrying about it. When I first had the surgery I didn't have many complaints, but as time went by I became less satisfied with the shape, so I eventually had revision surgery. For me, shape was more important than size, especially having a nice under-breast fold and good feel. During the consultation I said my body frame is on the small side and I didn't want anything too excessive, and in the end I had Mentor 435cc with an inframammary incision. What I'm happiest about after surgery is the cleavage! Before, the two sides felt separate, but now they feel much more brought together, the volume came in naturally, and the shape became much more natural too. The animation I was worried about improved a lot, and the feel is softer than I expected, so I'm satisfied. Since it was revision surgery I was very worried, but I'm very satisfied. The size also seems to have come out nicely at a D to D+ feel without being too excessive, and overall it turned out well, so I'm happy.
