Sigh.. other people all said they were kind, but those reviews just felt like they were all paid for.. First, the wait was a bit long, and after a short conversation with the manager, I met the director. At the very least, whenever I asked about something I was curious about, they kept cutting me off, so it was hard to ask questions. And I could feel they were a bit irritated. There were quite a few points that felt less like an explanation for surgery on my eyes and more like criticism.. Other reviews say they are kind, so I don’t know if they were being selective or not. Anyway, the consultation kept repeating the same points without saying anything else, like "because there is a lot of fat, it has to be incisional no matter what, other hospitals all say the same thing / it’s surprising that this eye can get a double eyelid fold, why is that?" etc.. I went in knowing it was a famous clinic, but I was pretty disappointed.
