I had already had the reduction surgery, but I was glad that the headaches and hair loss I had worried about the most did not happen! (I have thin hair and fine hair as a woman..) It has been almost 2 months since the surgery, and the incision area is still red and dark in color, but I think it will gradually fade. Having the reduction surgery does not make your face look different or suddenly become dramatically prettier. (I do hide the incision area with baby hairs when I go out, but my face seems like it has changed somewhere
