I had double eyelid surgery / front canthoplasty / fat removal by incision 3 years ago, and made the double eyelid line thin like an inner double eyelid. Summary of what was said during the consultation: Did I need eye correction? My eyelid-opening strength is good, so this is not the kind of eye that needs eye correction. It would make me look too fierce. Front canthoplasty or upper front canthoplasty?: They are the same thing, and which one to do should be decided while creating the line. For now, front canthoplasty seems right. Result: Because my skin is thick and tends to sag, the double eyelid gets covered. Consultation at other places
