The building used several floors and there were many customers. The doctor said he could not see me, so after waiting 30 minutes I had a consultation with the director, who was very kind. She explained things well, but since it was not the surgery itself, it did not really sink in. Overall, it felt organized, but also a bit factory-like, and since this was a revision eye surgery, I wanted to meet the doctor directly and consult with him, so I do not think I will have surgery here. The price also seems high, even considering that it is a revision. Please check in advance whether a consultation with the doctor is possible before booking.
